Linnanneito

The beautiful villa Linnanneito is situated in one of the best places of Sappee area next to the skiing slopes, summer theatre and all the services. The new villa is suitable for both luxurious holidays and for business purposes.

Up to 9 + 4 people can be accommodated in the villa. The villa (120 m2) was built in 2014 and there are 4 bedrooms in it. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms for two people and one bedroom for 3 people. Downstairs there is one bedroom with 140 cm wide bunk bed (for 2 – 4 people). In the living room there is a sofa-bed for 1 -2 people. The maximum amount of guests is 13 people.

In the upstairs there is an “indoor balcony” from which guests can enjoy beautiful views. In the villa there is a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, two toilets, a spacious sauna with an electric sauna stove and a decked terrace with an “always ready” outdoor hot tub (for 150€ extra cost). During the summer time outside in the terrace there is a charcoal grill and a sitting area.

For meetings and business purposes there is a data projector (when ordered), a wireless Internet connection and a 10 people dining table can be used as a meeting table. In the villa there is also Full HD 46” a Led-TV, another flat screen TV upstairs, a home theatre system, a fireplace, a drying closet for wet clothes, a washing machine and a radio/ a CD, audio/ speakers in the sauna, an outdoor storage and a partly decked terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, an induction stove and next to the dressing room there is another fridge for drinks.  In the stairs there are children’s safety gates. Also children’s removable bed, a high chair and a chamber pot are available.  In the outdoor storage there are children’s toys for summer time and a sled and a toboggan for winter time.

During summer time there are various activities in the area, such as fishing, berry picking and mushroom picking, horseriding, hiking, mountain biking and frisbee golf.
